Absolutely not. AWAKN TCG operates under strict, non-additive conservation standards. We perform clinical structural recovery—meaning we safely decompress dents, flatten wrinkles, and level edge lifts to restore the card's factory integrity. We never use chemical solvents, artificial recoloring (inking), or edge trimming. Our processes are 100% compliant with PSA, BGS, and CGC standards, ensuring your assets remain completely authentic and unaltered.
We do not underwrite the subjective mood of a third-party grader. The final grade always remains at the sole discretion of the grading company. What we do guarantee is that our lab will eliminate the structural barriers holding your asset back. We provide forensic optical centering metrics and rigorous surface diagnostics to reveal your card’s maximum mathematical ceiling, giving you hard data before you ever pay submission fees.
Your assets must be structurally secured for transit. Place the card in a fresh penny sleeve and insert it into a semi-rigid Card Saver (avoid top-loaders, as cards can slide out during transit). Sandwich the Card Saver between two pieces of rigid cardboard and bind it with painter's tape—never use scotch or packing tape. Ship the secured bundle inside a well-padded bubble mailer or a sturdy corrugated box. We highly recommend purchasing full-value insurance and tracking for all incoming assets.
Absolutely. We treat your TCG assets with the same security protocols as a private wealth vault. From the moment of intake, your cards are processed in a secure, climate-controlled diagnostic room. We maintain a strict chain of custody throughout the entire clinical process. While clients are responsible for insuring their assets during transit, every card is fully protected under our operational liability shield while on our diagnostic bench.
Not every card requires structural recovery. If you are unsure whether repairing a defect will yield a positive ROI, we recommend utilizing our Blueprint Audit or requesting an optical pre-grade before committing to full clinical restoration.
