Submission Guidelines
All cards must be submitted in a penny sleeve inside a Card Saver (not a top-loader). Cards that arrive damaged due to improper packaging may not be eligible for restoration. AWAKN TCG reserves the right to decline any submission that does not meet intake standards.
Non-Alteration Policy
AWAKN TCG strictly prohibits any form of card alteration including inking, trimming, or chemical treatment. All restoration work is non-additive and compliant with PSA, BGS, and CGC grading standards.
Liability
Clients are responsible for insuring their assets during transit. AWAKN TCG is not liable for cards lost or damaged in shipping. All cards are fully protected under our operational liability while on our diagnostic bench.
Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of services before cards are returned. Accepted methods: Credit Card, Venmo, or Cash App. No refunds once restoration work has begun.
