What to Expect
Intake & Waiver
Detail your cards and sign the lab agreement and contract. This ensures we have everything we need to handle your submission with care.
The Custom Quote
Our team reviews your submission and emails a forensic line-item invoice tailored to your cards' specific restoration needs.
Ship to the Lab or Drop Off
Once approved, you'll receive shipping instructions and enter the queue. Local drop-off at a card show is also available — just select "Local Drop-off" in the intake form.
Premium Packing & Shipping Standards
To ensure your cards arrive safely, all submissions must meet our packing requirements. Improperly packed cards may be returned.
- Place each card in a fresh penny sleeve
- Insert into a semi-rigid holder
- Seal inside a team bag
- Sandwich between two pieces of cardboard for rigidity
- All shipments must include tracking — no exceptions
- Local drop-off at card shows is available by selecting "Local Drop-off" in the intake form
